Inquiry set for man accused of firing at the White House

Washington (dailynewyorknews) – An indictment is scheduled for Tuesday in an Idaho man accused of a gun, at the White House in an attempt to assassinate the president.

Oscar Hernandez, Ramiro Ortega is expected to report on the 17 charges against Tuesday in federal court in Washington.

Ortega-Hernandez charges including attempted assassination of the president of government officials of the United States to attack the United States injuries with a deadly weapon, the United States property, namely the White House, and the use of a weapon firearm during a crime of violence and assault with a dangerous weapon.

Ortega-Hernandez allegedly fired a rifle at the White House at 9:00 p.m. on November 11 and fled. No one was injured and President Barack Obama was out of town.
